Meet the Team
Luna Han
Chief Experience Officer
Luna is responsible for designing and delivering immersive academic programs across China. She graduated from Peking University and has spent more than a decade living and working across different continents, developing deep cross-cultural insight and international experience. She later earned her MBA from the University of Cambridge, where the experience further strengthened her passion for connecting cultures and creating meaningful learning opportunities. Through M&M, Luna focuses on helping international participants engage with China’s economy, innovation landscape, and rich cultural heritage in thoughtful and authentic ways.
Shaun Yang
CFO
Shaun oversees financial management and operational strategy at Miles & Minds, ensuring the stability and smooth execution of the organization’s programs. He graduated from Northwestern Polytechnical University and later earned his master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania. After spending more than a decade in the United States working in educational exchange, Shaun brings extensive cross-cultural experience and strong operational insight to the team. He plays a key role in connecting partners across countries while supporting the sustainable growth of Miles & Minds’ international programs.
Justin Wei
Director of Operations
Justin Wei is responsible for program logistics and operational coordination to ensure the smooth delivery of our academic programs. He graduated from Northwestern Polytechnical University, where he studied alongside our CFO, Shaun. After graduation, Justin spent several years working in cross-border e-commerce, managing international business across markets including the United States and the Middle East. With strong experience in international operations and multilingual capability, including Japanese, Justin brings valuable global perspective and operational expertise to support the execution of Miles & Minds programs.

The name Miles & Minds is inspired by the Chinese saying “读万卷书，行万里路” — Read ten thousand books, travel ten thousand miles.
True understanding comes from both knowledge and experience. At Miles & Minds, we believe learning should not stay within the classroom. By traveling across cultures, meeting people, and experiencing places firsthand, ideas become clearer and perspectives expand.
Our programs bring these two dimensions together — minds enriched through learning, and miles traveled through exploration.
