This program offers participants an inside look at Shenzhen, one of the world’s most dynamic centers of innovation and entrepreneurship.
SHENZHEN, CHINA – April 30, 2026 – Miles & Minds, an educational travel and cross-cultural exchange company, has successfully completed a 7-day executive study tour in Shenzhen, welcoming a delegation from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.
The program brought together 28 MBA participants from Russia, Belarus, and Kazakhstan, offering them an immersive exploration of Shenzhen — widely recognized as China’s Silicon Valley — and its rapid transformation into one of the world’s most dynamic innovation ecosystems.
Understanding the “Shenzhen Model”
Held from April 19, 2026 to April 25, 2026, the program focused on decoding the key drivers behind Shenzhen’s extraordinary growth over the past four decades. Through a combination of academic learning and real-world exposure, participants gained insights into:
The evolution of China’s Special Economic Zones (SEZs)
The role of entrepreneurship and innovation in urban and industrial transformation
The mechanisms behind rapid prototyping and agile manufacturing ecosystems
Deep Dive into Industry Leaders
The delegation engaged directly with some of China’s most influential technology and manufacturing companies, including:
