SHENZHEN, CHINA – April 30, 2026 – Miles & Minds, an educational travel and cross-cultural exchange company, has successfully completed a 7-day executive study tour in Shenzhen, welcoming a delegation from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.

Understanding the “Shenzhen Model”

Held from April 19, 2026 to April 25, 2026, the program focused on decoding the key drivers behind Shenzhen’s extraordinary growth over the past four decades. Through a combination of academic learning and real-world exposure, participants gained insights into:

  • Hymson Laser – advanced laser and automation systems

  • Das Intellitech – smart city and IoT infrastructure innovator

These visits provided participants with firsthand exposure to cutting-edge R&D, production systems, and global business strategies.

Bridging Business and Culture

Beyond company visits, the program featured a business forum that facilitated direct dialogue between Russian and Chinese enterprises, creating opportunities for future collaboration and cross-border partnerships.

Participants also experienced Shenzhen’s unique urban and cultural landscape through:

  • A visit to Huaqiangbei, the world’s largest electronics marketplace

  • A Greater Bay Area cruise, offering views of the iconic Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macau Bridge — the longest sea-crossing bridge in the world
